Claire is an experienced piano/singing/music theory teacher, who runs her private studio alongside her classical artist career as a collaborative pianist and musical director. Her private studio, based in Upminster, includes a waiting room with glass door for parents, two pianos (one acoustic and one electric, fully weighted with wooden keys plus the capacity to record professional level backing tracks immediately for singers), full length mirror for singers and a desk for music theory and composition work. She has taught privately for over thirteen years and has taught second study piano at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, as well as teaching singing to the actors in the Drama department. Additionally she is regularly booked to give masterclasses and workshops, both as a pianist and singer. She has an 100 percent pass rate for ABRSM/Trinity Guildhall examinations. She can furthermore supplement other instrumental lessons with ABRSM theory lessons (all ABRSM exams require grade 5 theory to progress to grade 6) and ABRSM Aural from grades 1 - 8.
Claire specialises in playing for classical singers in recital and regularly plays alongside some of the world's finest opera singers. She is currently a Staff pianist at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, after studying a Masters degree & serving as the junior fellow in piano accompaniment at the institution. She is experienced in music ranging from classical, to musical theatre, to pop in both singing and piano. Her qualifications include BMus(Hons) 2:1 & Postgraduate Certificate with Merit from Trinity Laban Conservatoire in Piano, MPerf with Distinction from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in Piano Accompaniment, grade 8 in piano (with distinction), classical singing (with merit), popular vocals, grade 5 theory (with merit) and grade 5 LAMDA. She trained in acting at Junior Guildhall Drama, National Youth Theatre and National Youth Music Theatre. She is furthermore available to vocal coach singers in German, French and Italian languages and in Art Song, opera and musical theatre repertoire.

Currently, Claire is only accepting students over twelve years old who are beginners, or under 12 must be over grade 5 ABRSM standard for piano and singing lessons. For graded music theory & aural supplementation for ABRSM exams, Claire is able to accept students of any age & standard.
